Physical Trainers will visit Huntstown Community Centre each week to deliver an exercise programme specifically designed to help maintain and improve participant’s physical capacities.
Improve participant’s aerobic capacities, muscle strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.
Stall and reverse the effects of sedentary behaviour
Reduce social isolation by exercising in groups with people of the same region
Keep people active by increasing their physical capabilities, strength & balance
